Custom Orders require 3-5 days depending on the level of details of the paper flowers.
We can do Rush Orders (1-2 days) but it will require an additional 20% of the total purchase price.
A minimum deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price is required to initiate order. Balance payment is due in full prior to shipment.
Prices do not include local delivery fee. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Quoted prices you received are valid for 7 days unless otherwise negotiated when the pricing is given. No cancellations are allowed on custom orders.
All goods are made to order. Orders cannot be canceled from date of deposit, otherwise they will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
Bloomingdale Collections will carefully inspect all items before they are packaged for shipment, and archive pictures record of the item’s condition prior to shipment.
