Pre-Order Payment Terms & Conditions

A Thoughtful Reservation

By placing a pre-order with Bloomingdale Collections, you are reserving a handcrafted paper flower arrangement created exclusively for you. Each piece is carefully designed and produced upon confirmation, ensuring the time, materials, and attention your order deserves.

Pre-Order Payment & Downpayment

  • A fifty percent (50%) downpayment is required to secure your order and begin production.

  • The remaining balance will be communicated in your quotation and must be settled prior to delivery or shipping.

  • Orders are confirmed and scheduled for production only after the downpayment has been received.

Quotation Validity

  • All quotations are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date they are sent.

  • Pricing may be adjusted after this period due to changes in material availability, design complexity, or customization requests.

Handmade & Custom Process

  • Each arrangement is handcrafted individually, embracing the nature of artisanal work.

  • Subtle variations in flower details, proportions, or arrangement may occur and are part of the character of handmade pieces.

  • Any design changes requested after payment confirmation may be subject to additional charges.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All pre-order and downpayments are non-refundable, as materials and production time are reserved specifically for your order.

  • Requests for cancellation prior to production will be reviewed with care, though refunds are not guaranteed.

  • No refunds will be issued for changes of mind, event cancellations, or personal circumstances.

Production Timeline

  • Estimated production timelines will be shared once the downpayment has been confirmed.

  • In the event of unforeseen delays, you will be notified promptly and with transparency.

Remaining Balance

  • The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance must be settled before delivery or shipping.

  • Orders will only be released once full payment has been completed.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery or shipping fees are shouldered by the client unless otherwise stated.

  • Bloomingdale Collections ensures careful and secure packaging; however, responsibility for courier delays rests with third-party providers.
