Custom Orders – Bloomingdale Collections

By submitting a custom order request through Bloomingdale Collections, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Custom & Handmade Nature
All custom bouquets are handcrafted paper floral arrangements inspired by real floristry. Each piece is made individually and is not mass produced.
Due to the handmade nature of the products:

Slight variations in size, flower placement, and detailing are natural and expected

Exact replication of reference images cannot be guaranteed
2. Design Interpretation
Submitted inspiration images, color palettes, and notes are used as design references only.
Final creative decisions—including flower balance, fillers, and overall composition—are made by Bloomingdale Collections to ensure:

aesthetic harmony

durability of the finished piece
3. Pricing, Quotations & Validity

Prices for custom orders vary based on bouquet size, flower type, design complexity, and presentation style

Roses are considered the default bloom
-
Requests involving complex or specialty flowers (such as sunflowers, tulips, gerbera daisies, calla lilies, or similar) may incur additional charges
A custom quotation will be provided after reviewing the submitted request.
All quotations are valid for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date the quotation is sent.
If the quotation is not approved within this period, Bloomingdale Collections reserves the right to:

revise pricing

update availability
-
or require a new quotation request
Production will only proceed once the quotation has been approved by the customer.
4. Production Timeline
Production timelines vary depending on design complexity and current order volume.

Estimated timelines will be shared upon quotation

Delays caused by late approvals or changes requested after confirmation may affect delivery dates
5. Changes & Revisions
Once a quotation has been approved:

Minor adjustments may be accommodated when possible
-
Major design changes may require price adjustments or timeline extensions
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom-made nature of the products:

Cancellations are not accepted once production has started

Refunds are not available for custom orders
If a cancellation request is made before production begins, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Delivery & Handling
Bloomingdale Collections is not responsible for damage caused by:

third-party couriers
-
improper handling after delivery
-
exposure to moisture, heat, or pressure
Care instructions should be followed to maintain the condition of the bouquet.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a custom order form, you confirm that:
