All paper flower bouquets are handcrafted and made to order unless stated otherwise.

Due to the handmade process, slight variations in color, size, and arrangement may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

2. Orders & Customization

Customized orders (including color requests, messages, sizes, or design changes) cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

Delivery is available only within the areas specified on the website.

Delivery fees are calculated based on location and will be shown at checkout.

Once the order is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier.

Customers are advised to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
6. Damages & Issues

Paper flower bouquets are delicate by nature. Minor creases, shifts, or compression caused during transit may occur and are not considered defects.

Before dispatch, we document the condition and packing process of each order.

Customers will receive a short video reel showing how the bouquet was packed and released in good condition as part of our quality assurance.

This video serves as proof that the item was properly packed and in good condition at the time it left our care.

If you receive a significantly damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

Damage claims caused by courier handling after dispatch may be limited, as these are beyond our control.
7. Cancellations & Refunds

No cancellations or refunds for customized or made-to-order items.

For non-custom or ready-made items, cancellations may be considered only if production has not started.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
